Amber - 10 Levels Later
Steven, describe Amber 10 Levels higher, as she enjoys a wine in a high end restaurant ...
Realize that she might not be as happy-go lucky as before ... its a rough world ...

AMber 10 levels higher
Amber -Well at level 11 is peragon path, So at 13 she would be a master wizard, at least to the folks here in Midnight, most who have no magic. So with big evil out there, she would be warey indeed of betrayal. So no gnomes allowed. With invisiblity she could sit at a darkened booth and watch the crowd, see who might be looking her way. The town where she would stay, likely would be one she ruled with an iron fist (maybe Roc Iron/Gathorne HAmmer/Dwingal Maul) with scouts out and minor henchman on call. Maybe a shaman and druid to assist her. Bard to sing her praises. She would be using her magic to settle disputes, calling down fire and images to those who oppose the law. Just to those who obey can find peace near her town. Her lady friends whould be chossen with care, as she sets up to aid the witch queen. That is unless the witch queen should decide a half-elf is worthy of being one of her aids. Then she would accept and be like the elf we helped with the stone golems. Her dream was to find a powerful magician that can drive away the shadow man that hunted her. If the witch queen doesnt qualify who could? BTW - Amber is not carefree, she is more controlling, planning, Gretta is carefree ranger...lol.
Gathorne is accepting, ready to meet his fate, or show you yours...little Orc meet big hammer.

Town/Village/Hamlet
So you mention ruling it with an iron fist ... does that mean she is as bad as the Orcs?
What makes her rule the different/same as that of "The Shadow"?

RE: Town/Village/Hamlet
No just that you would have to have an army to keep back the Orc hoard invasions. So spys and traitors would be dealt with harshly. For those who lived under her, they would work yes. All must work to live in these lands. Some work as protectors, some as farmer, merchants, builders, craftsman. The Blow of her magic would be saved for those that hurt her people (dwarf, Elf, half-elf, human) that might try to invade the land. She would form alliegance with others, but wary of those thay might try to overthrow her. As in any village there are disagreements, so as ruler she would have to decide as the judge, her say would be final. Punish wrongdoes quickly and the others tend to avoid your wrath. So as compared to an Orc village, where you would be slave, here each would get shares of food and not punished for fun. Sounds good? What to come live with Amber village. Know Roc and Rivan will, just have to "talk to them". Plant a tree garden for Shabby and Gabby to live in, and call thier spirits in to help. Mathias can be our agent to neighboring towns. Gathorne and Dwingal can bring in a clan. Boomer can be my...pet. Or our druid...lol.
Just have to learn how to turn an entire village invisable, so "Orcs cant see it, orc dont know it. It isnt real, so therefore you cant find it. Life is just an illusion. Couldnt be someplace Orcs dont control, must be a fairy tale"

Amber the Diplomat
How is her Diplomacy ...
And she's gonna need to start researching or questing for that Phantasmal Terrain Ritual ....
And all noted for future character development ...
Any scars that are visible?

scars visable - no
Scars - Not planning on getting that close to the battle, well most of the time. A couple of ritual tattoos...butt...they arent visable, well at least to most of you. Then when i'm invisable, neither are they. Will use them as last resort for assistance in mind control, and if you are looking there, well then I definity got you attention. rofl
Yes that is the plan invisable and illusion control. Either make the place invisable, or at least convence the scouts (mind control) that it isnt there.

Scars/Tattoo's
Bookkeeping wise ...
Your ritual Tattoo's can be created/used as "Boons" as well ...
And I can't remember but one of the Manuals refers to Tattoo's as a magical item ....
I also remember that 2ed Dark Sun campaign allowed for Tattoo's as a way of "Storing" your spellbook, where you wouldn't lose it ...
Just more ideas for yah ...

tattos or spell book
Well yes, it might be good to pull a spell of unlock binding out of ones....As..sorted tattos. Have to incorperate them so guards dont notice some, but others are more visible. Will definity have to read up on it. Mostly I recalled it from the Knight of the Round table comic books, so kinda assumed it was a real thing.

still attempting to find a book referance to it.
